Responsibilities:
1. Assist Sales Team: Sales Assistants provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating with clients, and following up on sales leads.
2. Customer Service: Sales Assistants are responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with their purchases.
3. Data Management: Sales Assistants maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and order details. They may also be responsible for managing databases and organizing client information.
4. Product Knowledge: Sales Assistants must have a deep understanding of the smart home interior design products and services offered by the company. This knowledge enables them to answer client questions and provide appropriate recommendations.
5. Sales Reporting: Sales Assistants prepare sales reports for management, providing insights into sales performance, product trends, and customer behavior.
6. Marketing Support: Sales Assistants may provide support for marketing activities, such as assisting with trade show coordination, updating the company website, and preparing marketing materials.
7. Order Processing: Sales Assistants process orders for smart home interior design products and services, ensuring that orders are accurate and delivered on time.
8. Team Collaboration: Sales Assistants collaborate with other teams, such as design and technical teams, to ensure that clients receive the best service possible.
Requirements:
Responsibilities
Reply to customer queries/complaints via email/calls/live chat in a
proper method.
Assist customers/merchants to solve problems.
Professionally handle a high volume of inquiries from clients and
customers.
Communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager.
Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required.
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
SPM with working experience
Diploma/Bachelor Fresh Graduates
Able to use a computer/laptop
Able to communicate in FLUENT Malay/English
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy,
ethical and goal-focused.
Own transportation.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
